About Babysteps MLS

Babysteps MLS is a property-sharing network for estate agents in Spain — built on a simple idea: agents sell more by working together than against each other, because half a commission beats a full commission you never earn.

What we offer

Any agent can list their properties with us, free of charge. Every listing you add becomes visible across our growing network of agents, each with their own buyers. There's no exclusivity required — you share the properties you have, exactly as you already work, and your listings always stay yours.

When another agent has a buyer for your property, you connect, collaborate, and share the deal. When you're the one with the buyer, the same works in reverse. A buyer you couldn't match alone becomes a sale you close together.

Free and paying membership

Listing your properties and joining the network is completely free. Paying members unlock everything Babysteps MLS offers:

• See who listed each property and connect directly with other agents to collaborate and close deals together.
• Build personal client shortlists — hand-pick matching properties and send a tailored selection straight to your client, under your name.
• Get your own microsite — a personal property site with your own logo and name, where your clients browse the network's properties under your brand.
